Before work begins
Drawings and layout
We review the framing plans and truss layout before the crew arrives, so questions are answered before lumber is cut.
Lumber and trusses
Material and truss deliveries are timed to the schedule so the site stays organised and safe.
Inspections
Framing inspections are part of the permit process. We plan the sequence so the frame is ready on time.
Trades that follow
Plumbing, HVAC and electrical rough-ins depend on the frame. Openings and blocking are planned with them in mind.
