Yes. Matrix Homes offers a free consultation to talk through your project.
What should I prepare?
Photos of the property, any drawings you have, your ideal timing and a rough budget range. None of it needs to be final.

What does Matrix Homes do?
New homes and custom builds, additions, all framing (basements, additions, garages, new homes, trusses and sheathing), demolition, excavation and site prep, concrete forming, windows and installation, and basement and kitchen renovations.
Where do you work?
Across the Greater Toronto Area, Ontario. If your project is outside the GTA, send the details and we will let you know.
Do you work for builders and developers?
Yes. Our framing and demolition crews are available to builders and developers as well as homeowners.
Budget and timing
How much will my project cost?
Every project is different, so we do not publish prices. After the site visit you receive a written proposal based on your actual scope.
Why do you ask for a budget range?
It helps us recommend a realistic scope early so the proposal matches what you want to spend.
How long does a project take?
It depends on size, permits, site conditions and the season. Your proposal includes a project-specific schedule.

Who do I talk to during the project?
You have one point of contact at Matrix Homes for questions, decisions and updates.
What if I want to change something?
Changes are written up with their effect on cost and schedule before the work is done.
Do you handle permits?
Permit requirements depend on the project and municipality. We explain what your project needs and who is responsible for each application.
