Before work begins
Permits and drawings
Additions need drawings and a permit. We confirm early who prepares them and plan the start date around approval.
Tie-in details
Where new meets existing, roof, structure and weatherproofing details need special care to avoid leaks and movement.
Living at home
Most families stay home during an addition. We plan access, protection and the opening into the house to keep disruption down.
